# Council Decision of 21 December 1978 concerning the conclusion of the Agreement between the European Economic Community, the Member States and the International Development Association (79/195/EEC), Division Section 3


This Agreement shall become effective and enter into force on the first day of the month following receipt by the Association of such notifications.
